I have been phlebotomy certified for a little over a year now and has had no luck finding a job in my desired career. I've applied at hospitals, red cross, kidney dialysis centers, just about any place i can think of... and still no luck! I have outstanding references, just no experience. Well except for my clinical experience. Help me please!
