This grandfather needed some help!!
I went outside for a cart run towards the end of my shift at Target when the sky seemed to open up! It poured…HARD. The kind where no matter what umbrella you own you know you are guaranteed to get soaking wet. Out of the corner of my eye, I see this older man making his way slowly through the parking lot with his walker towards the door. He needs both hands to hold himself up and a huge gust of wind blew his hood off. I ran over and asked if I could help him. He reminded me so much of my grandfather. He smiled and said “Nothing like a hero on a day like this.” He was too cute. I pulled his hood back up over his head and helped him inside. He was soaked so I went in the back and grabbed some towels. He told me that he needed to buy a present for his granddaughter’s birthday and that a little rain wasn’t going to stop him. I have never admired someone more. #bekind2eachother

Well Clara I really think your awesome person for what you did. I mean there’s a lot of people that would have just sat there and did nothing .but you had the kindness in your heart to do something. There’s not a lot of that in the world today. I think you should feel very proud of yourself and rejoice the great feeling that it steers up inside of us when we do something good for people.
