The interview were in two parts:

• writing interview covered all aspects of psychiatric nusing, including personal care of clients and drugs and i had 98% score -my oral interview includes how to establish client-patient relationship The nurse should start by introducing self to the client. she must be polite,and respect the client. therapeutic environment must be provided. The nurse meet clients immediate needs, but false reassurance must be avoided. The nurse must be open, but must set a professional boundary. Client must be assisted in developing problem-solving approach and coping mechanism.
