It's a great opportunity to advance from Cashier to Assistant Manager in no time. For example, after 6 months I was promoted to Assistant Manager because I felt confident in my abilities to lead. Hustle in retail is necessary due to the volume of public interaction as well as team member duties that help accelerate other's desire to further their careers. Retail is a team effort of daily interaction with staff and our customers are most important people in the store.
