On an interview you should wear...

Business casual. Dress pants and nice blouse with sweater or blazer.

You dress for the job you want! If you want to be a garbage truck driver, dress like one. If you want to be an executive, dress like one. If you want to be a golf pro, dress like one. I’ve always interviewed in a suit, regardless of the job. When you dress UP, you are noticed. If you dress down, you are noticed. You have one opportunity to make a positive impression. Make it good. Oh, I may be old school, but if you interview with me with a nose ring or lip divot, don’t expect the job. If you interview with me with your boobs hanging out, don’t expect the job. Appearance is everything to me. I know times have changed but it’s necessary to get back to true values.
