The iterviews whent well but no offers even though I I have 12 years off outside sales and excellent cold calling business to businees behind me..Many o f these companies say they do nut discriminate based on sex religion age etc. they do not hire me even thou I have great references. They do not hire me do to age even though that they do not come out and say they discriminate.
