Hi Crystal, Well, you have 2 options: deal with it directly during your interview or look for a job where they will not conduct a criminal background check. In either event, be ready to talk about it. Get comfortable bringing it up and explaining what happened, what you learned, and what you have done differently since this incident. Be specific about the last part... you have to convince your future employer you're dependable and responsible.
