I got online and done a job search because the lady at goodwill said that they were hiring. I got on indeed and filled out an application online under disability right after I sent my resume and application. Goodwill hr said that my application was denied and that my resume looked amazing till date but they didnt explain why I wasnt hired. Is this discrimination or am I over reacting??
