Talk to a driver. I was also curious about getting hired at UPS and FedEx so I started asking drivers I encountered on the street making deliveries. Everyone has a different story how they got started but they all have a tip or two to offer. Best time to ask is when their on the truck or on the sidewalk making a light delivery. Try not to approach any drivers that look busy or in rush.

Unfortunately, the Roseburg, OR location is not hiring Drivers at this time but go back to the UPS Career site (https://www.jobs-ups.com/), log back into your account with the email address and password you created to apply, and set-up an “Alert” for all jobs associated to "Driver" you might be interested in. Remember that your application will remain on file in an active status for 90 days. After that you will need to go back in and update your UPS account. Note: many UPS drivers start off as Driver Helpers or Package Handlers and work their way onto the truck.
