pay rate
oh well, that's thd.

i want job im cook so wanna cam ther

Need to step up and tell them you need a raise

That happens every where. I have been with my employer 14 years the bring in people making as much as I do. It seems so un fair.

It would be nice if yall had some training in the field before you work at home depot or Lowe's because I've been to both and yall dumber than a box of rocks

They recognize that they can hire somebody to do your job at a cheaper rate and that person would be grateful you are not the asset that you think you are your a liability and you need to check your expectations and start being grateful for the 8 years of opportunity. Your becoming a winey liability.

I think that whatever holy wages are, people should get paid equally regardless.

Because its Home Depot. Essentially it's now Walmart with hammers and nails and the only people who get ahead are the ones that suck up hard.

Very understandable disappointment. Have you gone to the highest management to state your case? I did that once and received a raise. Have all your ducks in a row and be kind and smart about it. Maybe just not the right person has seen the good job you have done.

Have you taken this up with your Supervisor/Manager? They want to keep you happy as well, and don't be afraid to ask!
Sorry Mary if my comment is hard to swallow but it sounds like your comparing your wage by focusing on someone else's and you have the option of finding a better paying job or you can just be stuck there and continue to develop a spirit of ungratefulness . You are not being held there against your will. Your attitude effects your performance.
