Hello Aubrey, i think this community is a great platform to invite and engage friends, family, and other members to create career and employment networks. Use the group features to make contact with people in your industry. Follow companies you’re interested in and invite others to collaborate employment information within your groups. Feel free to add me to your list of contact or groups and I'll share any info that helps!

Hi Aubrey, Great question! Jobcase (& other social media) has become a key recruiting tool, so your question is spot-on. In general, you should keep your content clean, professional, and (if possible) highlight activities you're involved in that align with the mission of the company (e.g. volunteering with kids if you are following a children's hospital, etc.) (That's why Jobcase works well - one reason, anyway - it allows you to present your best-self as YOU define it.)
As for other social media accounts, you can start to "follow" the companies that interest you on all of your accounts. Jobcase & other social media platforms are great ways for a company to reach out to candidates and you may even be able to engage directly with someone at the company (typically the person responsible for posting content), so find out as much as you can about the company & start to post, follow, and engage!! Best of luck, Marijoy
