Second Interview, totally formal?
I was asked back for a second interview to meet co-workers. I thought this seemed more casual, but it wasn't. I think I misread the situation. What advise can I get for second interview with multiple co-workers across the table.

Hi Angela!
Have you had the interview yet? If you've already been in for one interview, you should have a good idea for what the dress code/environment is. If everyone is dressed up, copy that. If people are dressed a little more casually, (except Fridays! Many places have casual Fridays, and may not be suggestive of normal work attire) copy that.

I would treat it like the first interview, unless you were told to dress differently. Never assume.
