Why I drive..
Im a truck driver. The hours are can be crazy sometimes but i never minded driving long distances. My company takes care of me and im able to support my wife and kid..
I stopped on my way home last weekend and grabbed a nintendo switch for my son since ive been away and we had a BLAST playing mario kart! I grew up playing games with my dad and to be able to pass that on and spend time with my son was amazing. Being able to provide for my family makes all the sacrifice worth it!
How do you guys find time for your families?

It's great that your company takes care of you and you make enough money to support your family. Spending time with your son is priceless.

I know your job can be really hard, and tiredsome so rest when you can, and it makes the job all worth while, if you can spend that quality time with your son, that’s awesome, I help to take care of my mother, it can be stressful sometimes, but glad that I’m able to do it, my husband has a good job as well, take it easy. Hello Max! I have been retired for almost20 years now but currently I have been driving for Uber for almost 2 years now I enjoy it because if I want to take time off I came I can. Maybe you should look into that also.

I only took jobs that enabled me to spend time with my family. When my child was about five, a company offered me a position that paid double, but required overnight travel 8 days of 10. I turned them down. I'd rather have that irreplaceable time with my family instead of banal money.

Thats cool because me and my dad played games together and now me and my daughter play games all the time and have a great time so my story is very similar my dad was a truck driver i am not but i do provide for my family and your right any sacrifice is well worth it the way i see it is this if its not worth putting in hard worj and effort into something then its not worth it and my family is well worth every drop of sweat i drip

I would love to get CDL and do the same thing,I have a Daughter and Eight Grandchildren. Reading your story helps motivation that much more. LOL a

I'm glad you spend quality time with your family, your a God father and you are a wonderful provider for your family.Being a truck driver today is very hard. There are more vehicles on the road, and you have to drive under the conditions, please be safe and God bless you.

When a company sees the value in you and takes care of you, it makes life so much easier.
That's good you have the time to spend with your family . I am looking for work in the up state not much work
