I was given an opportunity with this this company and my criminal history was a deal breaker. When I showed the next employer my certifications they hired me on the spot. I have a wise variety of job experience, and humongous work Hussle most don't have.

Love your attitude. Who is the employer who hired you? We'd love to celebrate them on here. People with prior court involvement should not face ongoing vocational discrimination. Unfortunately a lot of ignroant employers act like the first one (dealbreaker). But fortunately, there are plenty of enlightened employers who act like the one who hired you! Good for them because I am sure you will be an awesome addition to their team!
