It would be great if the jobcase forum was more streamlined like an active message board.

You could have an interview questions forum A religious/witnessing/prayer forum A discrimination forum General job help forum Political viewpoints forum. Etc... That way if you want to avoid any topic such as discrimination or religion, you simply avoid that forum.

You keep the forum run by moderators who ensure that posts in the respective forums stay on topic.

I think it would make for a cleaner user experience and help cut back on fights on the sight.
