Well I worked for Goodwill for almost 4 years my advice to new people looking for this particular job would be have an understanding of what goodwill is. Do your research. When I first started I had never been to the goodwill I ended up working for. They are great people and a good company to work for but I had wished I had shopped there first before my first meeting with the assistant manager at the time. I started there as a volunteer at the end of 2012 and after 2013 came I was hired. In short do your homework before going into any job. I loved it there but I wished I had studied ahead. They are also good for people like me who can’t handle a cash register.

Are you trying to say something besides do your research. If so ,I find it hard to determine what it is.
Do i have to shop at goodwill to work there ?
I think of you my full attention to the Goodwill family I'm a hard-working personable friendly and helpful and it would be a local job for me

Without a career to have a job in the office in goodwill you won’t make enough money to pay your bill. Goodwill is for people who don’t have bill . I work there as sewing still my body can not take anymore and I can not even pay rent and eat well.
