Do you overthink things or obsess over what could have been? Well I am here to tell you to STOP right now...no seriously, stop. Self doubts will crush you!! All they will do is make you MORE anxious. I use to think things like...what if I was not good enough for a job, what if they didn’t like me, what if I blow my interview. I finally figured out that the only person standing in my way was me. Give yourself a break! Remember that if you fail you can get right back up and be better tomorrow.

AMEN!! Giving yourself a break and taking a few steps back when you're stressed WILL save your sanity. Thank you Cheryl! We all have second doubts about ourselves that's normal, but knowing that you will fail and facing that can be difficult when it does happen. I personally believe we learn more from failure than success, but I would rather have the latter obviously. Thanks for the positivity!

I love your attitude and wish we had more like it!! I agree that being too hard on yourself will back fire EVERY time. You have to learn that not everything will always go your way and it's how you rise above that challenge that matters! #bettertomorrow

Cheryl, this is an awesome post, and I agree many times we are our own worst enemy. We must always remember, whether the glass is half empty, or the glass is half full, the best part about the glass is that it can be re-filled. Never give-up, and don't stand in your own way, great points. Good Luck...

Dang! Look at Cheryl dropping some truth bombs up in here!
Overthinking Disorder doesn't exist. ... For example, a person with panic disorder might ruminate and overthink when they are going to have a panic attack again. They obsess over something that could trigger their attack. Not only are they anxious, they now have meta-anxiety, which is anxiety about being anxious. https://get-shareit.com https://get-vidmateapk.com
