In this swiftly evolving technical world there is a ever growing demand for professionals who are knowledgeable and up to date with the vast collection of solutions available and the skill set needed to provide consultation and implementation of these solutions. While there is demand for these services, im many cases the need seems to be only temporary. The temporary need has led to an overwhelming number of Contract positions. This situation has led to hardships felt by IT professionals due to the instability of employment. Employment services are exploiting this demand by providing a desperate workforce a temporary fix for a long lasting problem. This has led to many professionals spending short periods of time actually employed and moths of frustration between assignments. We must address this situation and find a solution together.
