Dead End...

I have been in the transportation industry for more than twenty years. I am currently employed but I have a dead end job. I cannot advance due to the current supervisors. I would like to have a job where I can train others and feel like a part of the company! I enjoy working with others, learning new methods and meeting new people. Im looking for a fulfilling job.

You will have to change the whole system we live under. I am also disappointed to see how almost all the "Comments" that are coming as a result of your post are just persons playing you are playing with you. But we have a certain kind of weird system, that is what I think. It is set up on principles that society has been working out for about two centuries. And these are not working anymore. In the past, there was an idea of Socialism. Many of the best people are still Socialist. But, that old Socialist idea may not be working anymore, either. This leaves us with the question: what can we do? But your idea that a wonderful job will just come up is not in accordance with the reality of a more and more fake society. ...Sorry to have to tell you that!

I recently joined the Home Depot online call center team. I love it. Great opportunities to advance and the atmosphere is unlike anything I've done before. They have call centers in Kennesaw GA, Ogden UT and here in Tempe AZ.

I am SURE your skills and positive attitude will be an asset to ANY employer!!! Put your resume on Indeed. Other employers will snatch you up in a heart beat! Before you leave for that new job, give your present employers proper two weeks notice .
