I managed the second largest cab company in San Francisco (Luxor) on it's busiest shift. I was responsible for over 300 taxis; keeping them on the road, assigning drivers to their shifts, solving any problem that arose on the shift such as breakdowns and accidents, collecting the taxis leases from each driver often in total excess of $20,000 (most of it in cash), and keeping an accurate record of every transaction.
