Convergys - Work@Home (I'm not a recruiter)
So, a week and a half ago I started my training to work as a member service representative at Convergys in a work@home position. I've worked in a brick and mortar call center previously so while I'm not new to this type of job, I am new to working from home. First, let me say, my first impression of Convergys is very positive. They're efficient, helpful and organized. My trainer is amazing with scads of patience and my virtual class of co-workers has a fantastic support tearm. Training will be a total of 12 weeks with part of this time spent setting up our home office equipment. My particular client is providing the equipment and so far I've had no issues with it, although those who have had issues have several people who have been working hard for them.
I love my home office, I love working at home and I highly recommend this for anyone who feels they have the self-discipline, and dedicated office space to do this. I'll check into this after I've recovered life force sucked out by last scam job offer. they will be researched to my fullest extent. if they're a scam, I'll turn over the Fed's. trace their origin and give over all extensive research. I should be being paid for my investigations of this type. my lawyer said. wish that's come true. love hobby of private online research. investigating
I agree with Sasha. Convergys is a great company. Im currently employed with them. The process did not take long at all for me. I had my telephone interview and assessment all in one week.
Did you have to put any money to do they stay at home work for training or office equipment?
Well they reached out to me. I have no idea how they got my email. But anyway, you say all the good things about the company. Your giving them a plug, so if you don't want anyone to ask you questions then keep your mouth shut and just be an employee. Lots of good people need and want to work. Peacefully.

I'm glad you like your job and wish you the best. I worked for them for 4 years, and they just teased me for advancement. Give me little jobs to think i would be advancing. Some managers were great, but most were awful. They were Afraid you would take their job or something. I finally left because I was tired of being treated unfair. Shortly after a few of the best managers were fired for no reason. No fault state. But that was many years ago, I would hope they improved. Working from home is awesome and really hard to find.
