I got this feedback from the recruiter from a tech company I'd applied for. I failed 6 interview segments on the interview out of 6 - so the cooling off period is set to 6 years for Google. Recruiter said "you should consider third league and get a job supporting some legacy"

Any thoughts? Should I follow this or try some different company? I'm scared by the fact that hiring committee wasn't even called.
