Hey Teresa.
I work at Target and they are a great company to work for. I hate rejection and I was worried about being rejected but I interviewed and got offered the job the same day. I started on September 15, 2015 and I have gotten 2 promotions since. Just keep trying and don't give up.

Have you ever thought of being your own boss ? I like , igotthepower.joinambit.com If you are a people person and like helping people it might be intetesting.

I have been in the same situation. Im so stressed out because every job application I fill out no one wants me? I dont know why?

Don't Get nervous. I hold Interviews. Dress Appropriately. As someone else said, speak proper English and hold your head up high. Don't get discouraged. And move on if not hired, it may not be the proper fit. Just keep trying and don't give up. The right one will come around just be patient. Also always be 5 to 10 minutes early, never late. Its better to wait for them than them wait for you

That's a tough one keep ur chin up keep charging b a rhino !

Praying and ask for guidest! !!

Over the years I have had a number of times where I was looking for a new job. Some of them were easy and others seemed like they took such a huge effort that I was wondering what was wrong.
Many employers use a firm to cull through their applications or use a computer software that employs scanning your resume. Unless your resume fits their software exactly, you don't stand a chance getting a foot in the door.
You should manage your resume to fit the job requirements of the job your applying for. Make sure it contains the words of the job description they are looking for. It is not wise to use the same resume for each job your applying for. Your much better off modifying it to fit the job your going after. If you don't do this, you fall into the rejected by computer pile and you will never hear back from most of the companies.

Hi, always apply for a Job that interests you so you are motivated to move forward in the company. It is important to show your employer that thier company not only means something to them but to you as well. The Job you do will réflex on the salary you receive. Good luck.

Hang in there whatever is for you it will be yours just say it and claim it. The Lord will grant the desires of your heart.
Teresa please don't give up God doesn't like it when we talk like that I myself was going through the exact same thing borrowing money from my family and friends to go on so many interviews just to be turned down but I would be disappointed but I kept my faith cause I knew GOD was going to bless me with a job finally got one at the Goodwill but it was 4 hours in which they told me it would be fulltime 8_4:30 but I'm 54 years old and need a steady income but I'm going to work it out cause GOD knows what I need
