Hi Pamela... who did you speak with at the store? Careful whom you get this information from when you call or visit the store. Not all managers are responsible for recruiting and hiring and will unfortunately give you incorrect information. A Personnel manager will almost never offer that kind of response without going into their database and confirming that they have you're application on file. Remember the HR or Personnel managers Main responsibility is seeking and hiring the best candidates for the job so they won't be quick to brush someone off. Ask for the Human Resources Manager or Personnel manager next time you call.
