I am so stressed out. Anybody ever heard of a job doing a background check after they hire you. I started a job and then 3 weeks later got fired due to my background check. Normally they do it before hand before they hire you. I am so upset...

Hi Jennifer Noakes , this is not a common practice but it has been known to happen. LISTEN... don't stress out over things you can't control!
Each company has it's own background investigation protocol and takes each case individually in most cases.
Stay focus on the task at hand. Continue to demonstrate you're a valuable addition to the team. Do Good Work and the rest will follow! We're confident your background will pass with flying colors.

That's a bad HR department. Should not have happened but does. Amazon does that. They hire a bunch and then do the checks and then fire those with undesirable results. Bad business I think.
