Fired? Laid off? Let Go?

I was hired 08/16/2016 Manager told Me that you have 90 days to learn what you need to learn so 10/14 I was fired. She said I am not fit of what they need and she don't think I learn something. I am upset because She could've told me that being in Cardiologist as MA I will do everything except labs, I was trained for 2 weeks with supervision. The Asst. Manager was the one show Me everything from rooming, patient EHR, refilling prescription, prior authorization, cardiac, ekg, inr check, fax distribution, calling patients insurance, check voicemail and return their calls, clean the rooms, machines, not even 90 days She have to let me go, I deal with the doctor who I thought very nice, he wants to everything pulled out from computer if i go to him and need his signature for something and if i delayed he tells me right away that I am wasting his time, I neer been disrespectful like that in my whole life, this isn't my 1st time to work in fast paced community, I used to work in Military hospital whit ah** military doctors/soldiers non of them told me i am wasting their time.. anyways, so according to My manager, My experience doesn't fit and I don't learn fast. So i just sucked my tears back and smile and accept that I surely didn't give my best or wasn't enough for her. So here I am unemployed for 2 weeks now so I applied for some assistance which My Manager have to fill out some information, and on terminated reason she put performance, Dang it really made me upset because 30 minute lunch not even enough we usually have 15 mins for lunch and bk for patients or to the computer. So, my question is.. Would I be still get hired even I was got fired? I am worried.

I really am LOST with what you are trying to ask or even say for that matter. My thought after reading this is that you and your former employer had a DEFINATE Communication barrier. I think if I were you, I would 'avoid" telling all the "stuff" you included in this question, and maybe "brush up" on your communication skills. As a Registered Nurse, (and you are in the health care field)--it is vital to have on-point communication skills and be able to atriculate what you are doing and why to other people and patients. I believe that you were lost in this area, which explains why you don't know if you were fired.laid off etc.-Just ask simply...Was I fired or laid off?- you will get your answer, and if it is fired-than you go to the unemployment office and explain you had no corrective action proceeding and most likely you will get unemployment. But remember keep it simple and concise.

Being fired is not the end of the world, unless you stole from the company, then you might want to worry. You will be fine because the important part is, you stuck out the fight and didn't quit. You tell them you were in your 90 days and they decided to part ways. The interviewer will probably ask 'Why do you think they chose not to keep you.' Stay out of your emotions and don't bash the company just give an answer that make their decision respectable but also paints a picture of you as a focused, relentless worker.

You can get hired if you had been fired before. You can just say that it wasn't a good fit for you.
