My first day was April 9 2014 it was challenging cause I never dealt with people that was addicts. But I was determine to make a difference. I enjoyed my job a lot cause I seen first hand what the clients was going through

That's super interesting, James. I bet that helping people with drug addications was a challenge, especially at the beginning.
Did you have a particular moment when you felt more comfortable with your role? What advice do you have for people who are / know somebody who is trying to overcome an addiction?
