Interview
Ok so I have an interview scheduled next week for a patient care coordinator. Its a temp position with a possibility to go full-time but right now its thru a temp agency. Its a job, and I'll do it but my problem is sometimes, that I blank out because I'm nervous as to how to answer a question. The place where I'm interviewing is part of medi-cal (I'm in California), like an insurance company for low-income families. But they don't do the insurance part, just help people with questions and fill-out health questionnaires. Job description is listed below...
Primary focus for the temp will be:
Make telephone calls to members to complete Initial and Annual Health Risk Assessments (HRA) Mail HRAs to members who ask for one Complete Data Entry of HRAs received via mail Assist members to get timely access to providers and services Collaborates with Case Managers and staff PCCs to help members achieve shared goals
Though this is something I want to do, to me it sounds like a desk job which is what I've been wanting to do for a while, but overall my thing is I hate talking on the phone with people, it tires me out, and feels very energy draining.
How would you guys handle not being nervous and be able to sell yourself without making yourself look bad? Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me extend some honesty to you Neha and by no means an intention to burst your bubble. Take interview out of courtesy since you already agreed to go but don't take this job. The responsibilities outlines on the job description specifically state one of the primary tasks are making outbound calls to clients which you claim to hate. Don't force a square peg in a round hole.
Well, seems to me you gotta practice,Hone up on those Skills,Practice in the mirror,do your homework,it sounds like a ,Position, that will not end as You go Home,Make a Room like a lil Office, set it up to Succeed,or you will trip over your own ,Success.
