Hello My name is Theresa Smith I worked at Heather Knoll for eight years from 1998-2006, it was a great experience for me. I got to meet some wonderful people there, the co-workers where pleasant to work with. When in an emergency we all pulled together as one and got the job done.This job was my second job there in Ohio, I was planning on retiring from there but things happened. I would tell others do go there get the experience of a life time. Getting to know the residents and their family is like having a second one. You get to know what their lives were like and what they went through at your age and learn their whole life history, something you never learned in school. Working at Heather Knoll is a great learning, experience in the medical place to get started in, no matter what department you apply for.
