Seriously poor management and poor people skills. If WM4129 had been in any other state I don't think it would be still in business. The management there routinely practices reverse discrimination, I have contacted the company's ethics hotline at least 4 times, but no action has ever occurred. They just want to sweep the issue under the rug.
