Wrongly Terminated but now they wanted to reinstated me

Hello everyone. A few weeks back I have mentioned that I was terminated from working at Walmart. Now the HR called me and said that she will lift the termination because the manager made a mistake of terminating me. If I take the job it's going to be a lower pay instead of my pay before they messed up. So what do you guys think?

Walmart is one heck of a company. I was a department manager who refused to go outside and pick weeds which resulted in termination. Called ethics, emailed HR and called the people lead (who is on LOA) and even reported to open door! All for what? To be ridiculed as to why I went home when I was told I was fired! To make it even better, I was paid and the sent my bank a reversal request! They took my last damn check back!

With companies like Wal-Mart and many others, they rather have hired or keep the lower paid employees.

I was wrongfully terminated from Walmart earlier this year. I open doored it. After review I was reinstated but NOT on the terms that were discussed with me by the MM HR. I am now at a lower pay grade and position. I feel like I was pressured into this. Should I open door it again? I don't want to become a problem employee. I worked hard and earned my position and pay. It's like they want to punish me for being reinstated.

Take the job opportunity again but I would not allow the payment cut. They are trying to make you look not as smart.

I would not allow a pay-cut if they do I would report them for wrongful termination. They are the ones that fired you and that mistake is on them not you! Why should you be penalized for their mistake that is not right and I would not tolerate that if I were you.
