Quit it!!!! go fuck ya self just don't fuck me !!!!!!

So when being hired try looking look at it from the perspective of the person who's hiring you and taking into consideration the job you're applying for. So try naming some experiences where you shinned. Like for I thrive in a customer setting meaning that whether I have a five table section or two table section it doesn't matter because I'm still going to make phenomenal money you might ask yourself why and that's because I'm attentive and I'm aware of my guest and the fact that they have needs whether those needs might be, just a few extra napkins or boxes when it's time to go or maybe even some helpful dessert suggestions. I put my guest first by trying to anticipate their needs and accommodate them before they even have to ask, and maybe just a little friendliness and charm. Plus Im a team player. And I realize that if you're not a team player then you're hurting the team. And I'm not here to hurt the team I'm here to be a part of it. And add to if if I can.

You should ask what the average check amount per guest and what the weekly or monthly sales are. This is a good way to judge and see if you will be making decent tips. You are applying for a serving position and your income is based on how much each guests spends on average and if the location has the sales for you to make money.

Always be willing to be a team player. Appearance. Showing up ready and at least 10 minutes ahead of time. Menu knowledge for food and alcohol. Soft drink, wine pairing, specialty drinks. Always expecting the unexpected in requests. If all else fails smile, nod and make it happen

Asking two questions and using their name is great advice. Maybe ask if it's tip share or if not what are the tip out percentages for bussers bartender etc. And always a good one to ask if there's opportunity to train in other areas so you can be versatile and an asset to the restaurant. Good luck.
