Co-workers at Lockheed Martin were very cunning people. They didn't help with my job instead they would email the manager behind people's back basically making them look bad. Managers would go on the senior employees word without investigating properly. Favoritism is huge factor. In order to have longevity there most people are related. Alot of back door B.s. Jealousy From senior workers toward contract workers. Overall good place to make money but people don't last. Dept. FFU especially made people feel like your not "good enough." Gotta be "in" to stay in. Definitely not a friendly environment.
Not to mention the catty personalities. OET meetings was supposed to be about production flows abd charts within a Dept. But it was more of a bunch of women complaining about co workers, as well as the bitching between 1st. &2nd. shifts. One manager in the FFU Dept. she even entertained employees getting them to talk about one another. I recall one meeting when she let an employee get away with calling a PE worthless. Now correct me if I'm wrong but as a manager she was supposed to check that woman right away. Instead she laughed like it was a joke. But Lockheed Martin is supposed to be professional!? Well where I was at nothing professional at all. Oh and your chart will always be twisted FFU, you guys don't try to fix the problem instead your corrupt mentality us the problem! Some people should stick to managing kitchens instead if trying to manage government products. But keep playing employees one against the other see how far you get! When you hire people your are to guide and mold them into productive employees for the needs of the company! Ended my contact with no probable cause. All because if your sneaky employees. But it's cool you guys like drunks working on your "important" classified confidential products? Have at it. But just know your loss. You got rid of a good employee. And I still look great! Can't say much for those there. Stress free these days.
