Successful Transitions

If you want to turn a Seasonal job into a Permanent Full-Time career then focus on Punctuality, Flexibility, and Positive Attitude. Pay close attention to the “Seasonal” keyword on the job title and prepare yourself to be asked to work irregular hours and on key holiday calendar dates. It’s a trial by fire job experience but also a foot in the door that can lead to better career opportunities if you’re able to make a good impression. Good Luck! I’m nervous about starting a seasonal job soon for that same reason. I think I’m settling for a job and possible missing out on a career.
