Yes it has changed. I got laid off 5 years ago and going back into the job force was rough. I went back with my company for 30000.00 less and then they treated me like shit. Once I finally decided to get out and spread my wings everyone was you are "over qualified:. I just needed a job. That is all a job to live.... SMFH. IJS.
