Stalkers on the site
People.... this site is not for dating..sending personal messages, IM's or whatever. , For myself and the millions of people who view this site. This site is about networking, gaining useful informaton for jobs, and venting. We are all here to learn something from someone else on situations going on in the workplace, finding a job, interviewing tehniques, and resumes. Go to Facebook, or Twitter, Myspace, if you are looking for friends, this is not the site for you. If people are on this site, we are interested in working, or figuring out how to get ahead in our own lives. Not interested in trying to add another .01 to the .01 you are carrying since You are looking for a job as well. GREAT LUCK TO ALL JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT!!!!!
I find it SUPER creepy when a woman posts to this forum and guys reply with things like "Call me." Or they flat out imply the woman should move in with them for "companionship". I simply can't comprehend how anyone thinks that is acceptable.
I can only imagine the kinds of things women get in their private messages.
I know of a few women who have had men find them on Facebook and call them through the Facebook app.
I am sorry you experienced this creepy downside of the internet and Jobcase.
