I need an advice.
I worked as a assistant Manager in Mcdonalds kuwait but due to hard work and dedication we are promoted though i just finished high school. Im feeling down right now if educational background is a big deal even if i got a good worked experienced..:((

You shouldn't feel down - getting to become an Assistant Manager is a big deal, especially when you have only finished high school!! Just because you don't have a big education background doesn't mean you can't be successful. Just apply your strong work ethic to everything you do and success will come!
