Primarily you want to dress for the job you want not the job you have unless it is Business Casual. BC Dress normally is dress shoes, slacks, and a nice button up collared shirt. Please never look like you just rolled out of bed and it is not a place to dress like you are going to the club. I have lots of experience at the events, I have dressed in suits and ties but I always talk straight with the people I am interested in working for and make sure your resume is on hand. THe person wants to have something to ask you questions about in hand. good luck I hope this helps.
