Age shouldn't really make a difference here (and it's illegal to discriminate against candidates over the age of 40). Of course, it can happen, so I recommend leaving off graduation dates on the educational section on a resume, as well as limiting work experience to three or four relevant jobs. In the interview, use your experience as a major bonus - you're seasoned, a hard worker, and have the kind of experience that makes you an asset to any company!
