Tired of being kicked around
I am tired of being seen just as a woman instead of an amazing employee. I work HARD and don't feel appreciated. Anyone else? I really want to work for American Express honestly. I was researching top companies and they won a few awards for supporting working mothers and just women in general. They were listed in the top 100 companies to work for so I definitely plan to apply. I will keep you all posted!
Sorry to hear that. You should keep a log of incidents with times and dates and consider discussing with an attorney
