Changed careers by accident.
I took a friend to an interview and walked out with a job.
I have been a CNA for years. Health-care takes alot out of you. I had been looking to change. I am 50 and a stroke survivor. I have a iffy memory so I have been reluctant to go back to school... plus is it really vital at this age?
I am now Room Inspection Shift Supervisor. the pay is decent because I can do this full time and get OT. I could not work as a CNA full time.
It is to your advantage to talk to people. I look forward to this new experience.

Yes CNA can be a wear and Tare on your body and you are constantly hoyer lifting very heavy people and doing so much in that field it will eventually break your body and your back down. so i do truly under. That shows true friendship that you went to an interview with a friend and he or she gotten the job i would be happy for them. well at least you have another job being room inspector that shouldn't be so strenuous on you. But i am so glad that you were able too get another job that was fitting for you and i do wish you the best that life has in-store for you GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEW JOB.

Older health care provider are always in demand for home health care and you can set your own days and hours the pay is decent.

That's a blessing Tommy. Congrats to you

Cant beat that deal

WOW! Congratulations
