Unfairly fired
I worked at this restaurant since day one, 3 years . I was GM of store but theychanged owner i worked 2 days with new owner and out of no where they told me that they dicided not to hired me . I ask why , didnt give me a reason .but 2 of my shiftleader now are one GM and other Asstn manager . Thats not kool
Thnks for all those coment about my case. Just so every one knows GOD is always there . After 5 month that i loose my job , 3 fays ago the same person that let me go called me to meet him and we talked about possible job with them , he and 2 more suprvisor told me that they make wrong decision cause other people were saying about me . But i just got hire at other place i told them and they told me that they come up with good offer so i can go work for them full time . I am praying so GOD tells me what to do . Thnks againg

The damage is done so it's best to avoid wasting your energy asking yourself why this happened. It is what it is, and all you can do is take your experience and move onto something better. Don't waste time focusing on what you cannot change. Best of luck!
Take your experience and move on. Fair or not you need to find a new job. New Owner has every right to let people go. It stinks, it's unfortunate - but I bet you can get a new job and make the same if not more money. Don't dwell, move on

Just my two cents, who is they? What is the person or persons name that changed new owners and who brought in new owners. An establishment goes on the market for sale and is up for grabs. First person or persons who meet the $$$$ gets it. So it is now a new owner or owners who lay claim to the property. He/she has the right to make changes as they please. Especially in the restaurant industry. Sorry it happens to you, but the new owners have the right to do as they please. Even tear the building down and build a parking lot! Keep your head up, stay in a positive vibe. Don't look back with anger, but look forward with happiness and use the knowledge and skills that you acquired to move you forward in your next chapter in life. Best of luck.
They moved up and you didn't that's unfortunate but all you can do is fine another job keep your head up u will find something better

Edgar Your previous employer works fine with you but the owner is not happy to keep you.. He rather hire those two guys maybe because they told on you things against you. It is a common practice in. America.. Just look for another job. Bye
I would seek unemployment which you should get after 3 years of working for them and if they can't give you a good reason for termination call the HR office and tell them what happened and see what they say.
Not right but in life this type of stuff happens! Just move on cuz God might have something better for u right around the corner.
