Hi Cory, I think its always helpful to ask the interviewer what they believe is important in order to succeed in that particular position. This allows you to learn what will be expected of you and what type of person fits the companies culture.

Ask a question to try to get a sense of the value leadership places on the role and the department. I find that the sales departments receive more perks and regarded with more esteem than front line customer service departments.
