Sexual harrasment
I was let go because my manager was commenting on my breast and making lewd jokes and comments so i told him to stop harrasing me and called him a pervert and he suspended me when i went for meeting with union rep and his boss tjey didnt want to discuss him harrasing me but said i was late to many times and they were letting me go. Mind u my availability is 630pm on. But they put me on schedule for 6. I was there before 630. But they didnt want to discuss and let me go. I have 3 witness that are willing to speak up and there are much more people who still work there and are afraid to speak up. Thinkiing they would lose there job and one of them is another manager who heard him make a comment on my breast i love my job and been there for 8 years and it had become a uncomfortable. Work place so im disabiled and can only work a feq hours. And now have to wait for unemployment
I can't believe the people here all everybody talking about is SUE, SUE, SUE and telling her to go for Big Money $1 Million Dollars. The women has not gone to the police department to file a case never went to the Department of Labor or Welfare to file a case as well and never talked to her HR about the Sexual Harassment or Abuse at the job so how can you all say SUE, SUE, SUE..! She was immediately terminated for what reason she says because for not coming to work on time, well she was to be at work at 6:00 but she came at 6:30 but then she said her boss said things about her breast and other parts of her body. But did she ever audio/video recorded any of them on her cellphone or other audio to use in court..! Her conversations and comments need to be recorded to save her Ass if she wise win in court. But it is easy for people to say you deserve it because your Disabled and he in the wrong "YES" he is in the wrong but been Disabled "NO"..! I am Disabled and I walk a good 2-6 miles a day and can work a good 28-40 a week sitting or standing I can drive and take the bus I shop so do I feed off the companies or the big business "NO" because I did not need too. Am 63 and a Veteran I would never sue because it never ends well, for both..!
Tammy, if this is what really happened to you, then you should file sexual harassment with an attorney as soon as possible. Write down names of those persons (witnesses) that were present and heard what was being said. Don't worry about noone speaking for you, they can be subpoenaed by a judge. More than likely, the company will settle out of court. If not, then you have a very good chance of winning this case. Good luck.
If you say you were to be at work at 6:00 but you told us you got before 6:30 way were you there around 6:30 if you had to be at work at 6:00 that would put anybody in a bad spot to be Fired..! And if he did say the things he did about your breast and other things and it upset you way did you say has long as you did and not go to the better business and EEECO beforehand..! I can tell you that any lawyer will ask you these questions and then ask you do you drive, walk, bus or friend take you to work every day..! And then they well ask is there any reason why you could not do the job that was asked of you and way you came in at 6:30 and not at 6:00 as you should have..! So think before you do anything and make sure this what you want to do because your friends at the job may be one thing but the business they work for and their job is altogether different so your word and theirs is what the court will hear and judge..! And all it takes is half a dozen or fewer people in court for the Judge to make a Judgment so remember, on sexual abuse case..

Actualy it is a bad situation.You have more things that you can do àgainst him.Before taking action you have to think what is the benifit you get.Before taking action it is better to speak with him friendly manner and request as a staff friend stop joking

you to need to stand up another case of lady you should have kicked him in his balls and comment on his tiny penus and that he wasnt a man but a vigina and slap your union rep for not backing you period
