As far as banks go from my experience & mine alone. Bank of America is one of the worst I have ever worked with. The people employed really have no control over what their superiors put in place. However if I were to be interested in applying for any employment in the banking industry Bank of America would certainly NOT be on my list of banks to apply to. Again I am speaking from my experience as a full charge bookkeeper for a company that was with them prior to my employment. After 2 years of showing my boss (owner) of the constant large $$$ mistakes, fees & the length of time to make a deposit. We have finally made a change. They need to revamp their whole idea of banking on a business & personal level.
