That's fucked up you never know he might have put the Y on there and then his phone or computer auto corrected it to Fallon instead of felony like it just said falun instead of felony for me see I didn't put that I said felon so before you went to judge somebody on their spelling you might want to look at yourself and dude is right there is no leniency on felons around here and that's cool maybe they'll give you a shot 2 since you just want to dog somebody on their spelling if I wanted to deal with shit like that I'd still be dealing with the meth heads and the crackheads who just talked shit so maybe we can all get a shot and getting a real job where felons who have felonies even if they're not on paper anymore can still get good jobs I wonder how many times my auto-correct had spelled something wrong so far let me send this first and then I will check it

To you and anyone else that has a criminal history. Employers will give you a chance and depending on your attitude maybe very good opportunities. Look for privately owned companies, have a great attitude, explain how making a bad choice or several has changed your way of thinking and what you really want out of life. Do not act like a victim that people wont give you a chance, you made a mistake, so them in your attitude that you will work hard, be honest and will do the right thing.... do this with the right employer your life can change pretty rapidly. I have hired several people with records and although not perfect they worked hard, were loyal and proved there worth to the company. When people who do not have a record may not work as hard, my not want it as much and do not feel they need the job... these two types of different attitudes make a huge difference to an employer. Let me know if you have any questions. You can get what you want with the right attitude!!! I know several highly successful people that have done some time, work smart, hard and commit to not screwing an opportunity off
