Hi Cody: To start, you can build a resume right here on this site by clicking "My Info", you will be taken your personal profile. There you are able to edit each field individually and save the results. Since you don't have experience, you can use volunteer experience, baby sitting, or even extracurricular activities that would be helpful in getting a jobs. Once you profile is finished, start applying by double-clicking on the Jobs and Companies button at the top of the page and enter the type of job role you're looking for and location. Click on the blue search button to see everyone who's hiring. If you see anything that looks interesting, just click the job title and follow the instructions to apply
