I left because of the inability of the gm to control the other staff from making management decisions when it was pertaining to medical issues and transportation issue arriving back to work. Had made a deal with a co worker that lives up the street and the gm agreed to work with us. This was not the case so I walked out when the hostess said I'd have to find my own way she wasn't working with my co workers schedule. filing lawsuit for medical discrimination lacey refused to put my medical restrictions from my doctor that he wrote out in my file. It is on record with my doctor. This company would make people find their own replacements if they were sick or had to come in sick spreading illness that ultimately destroyed my immune system. I was also blasted by others and shunned and harassed for another co worker committing suicide when I kicked her out for drug use. This company is far from family oriented and is not a place to work for professional bartenders and servers. They would wait until I got work wasted my money my time and my husband time and the wear and tear on my vehicle to be sent home due to poor business instead of calling.
