
Filing an EEO Charge that is based on factual documentation should not result in the victim being removed!!!!
After working for federal service for 15 yrs and receiving numerous awards for the work I was doing for the general public and the agency as a whole, I began working for a new Deputy Director who immediately targeted me for removal. This woman told me in a meeting that I reminded her of a woman who her first husband left her for and stated that she would take her anger out on me. At first I paid no attention to her but she slowly began discriminating against me with small stuff that erupted to large issues and I soon filed an EEO complaint against her for Discrimination and Harassment.
My first Line Supervisor, a male who just was hired by the agency because he was buddies with the Director of our Division and had lied about being a Veteran on his application, came to me and stated that he could protect me from his immediate supervisor if I would agree to go out with him. This man is married and I am as well. He turned up the pressure and stated that he wanted to have a sexual relationship with me and even went as far as to ask me what size bra and panties did I wear during a Meeting in his office. One day last July 2016 I was leaving the building when I realized that I forgot my cell phone on my desk. When I went back to the floor where I worked (6th floor), I found this man smelling the seat where I was sitting for the day claiming that he was looking for contact lens that he did not wear. This first Line Supervisor went as far as to give me a zip lock bag one day in July 2016 before I left for the day and claimed that he, as my first line Supervisor, demanded that I go to the Ladies Restroom and remove my bra and panties and place them in the ziplock bag that he gave me. He claimed that if I did not do this I would be removed. I did not do as he asked and the next day I took all the documentation of this man's repeated demands for sex and notes of him feeling on me in areas where I do not wish to be touched to EEO for the Agency and filed a Sexual Harassment EEO against him. In September 2016 he suspended me from work claiming that I was sleeping at my desk when I was not even at work on the days he named. He later called me on my house phone and stated that he could reverse everything that is happening to me at work if I would drop the EEO against him and his Supervisor and sleep with him in a relationship.
A few months later and they realized I was not dropping any of the EEO claims I filed I was removed from my position with a justifiable reason. This all centered on the fact I filed an EEO complaint against two managers who were harassing me and discriminating against me. One was sexually assaulting me every chance he could and the had the audacity to follow me into the Ladies Room at work one day while I was on the stall and crawl under the stall claiming that he was transgender. I was railroaded and now because I am suing them for their actions personally they want to cry foul and say I am in the wrong. !!!! Pathetic and miserable people who seek a way to get over.
I am absolutely disgusted reading this!! How can people even be that way? I think you did what you needed to do and definitely shouldn't be backing down. If you have proof of the things they have done to you, there's no way you could lose!
