Don't worry - a lot of times, it's not about what you're doing "wrong," but what the employer is specifically looking for.

If you still want to work at the Toyota plant and you've already applied, don't be afraid to pick up the phone and talk to a hiring manager. Frame the conversation in a way where you demonstrate how much you can benefit Toyota. Say you're excited about the brand, you're a hard worker, and you're a dedicated employee.
